Side Menu Mobile Changes

I have noticed that the hamburger menu on mobile does not have a presentable, modern appearance. @mcfarhat I suggest the following :

1. Group Toggle Theme and Data view under Header Setting with FontAwesomeIcon
2. Witnesses will be a second menu item clickable with FontAwesomeIcon
3. The colors of the Background gradient gray
4. Hover Effect on each item
5. Dark/Light theme support
