No information on account profile specifying if the witness is deactivated or not

When navigating through the /witnesses page, several witnesses appear deactivated. However, when you navigate to the user account, there is no clue if this witness is disabled.

Expected Result: There should be some icon or information to point out that this witness is deactivated.

We can use font awesome icon https://fontawesome.com/v5/icons/user-slash?f=classic&s=solid&pc=%23fb0909&sc=%23fb0909 with a tooltip that this witness is deactivated, and another one to show that this user is an active witness
