Votes History Dialogue not showing as expected when there are no results for the set date range

When you click on the votes history dialogue or voter dialogue and there are no results, the styles on the screen change like the calendar, the tooltip, and the title, and there is no message for the user to select a different time range or that there are no results.

Also, the headers of the table appear although there are no results.

@mcfarhat please suggest the expected behavior for such cases
