Fix: use robust selectors for Witness Properties and operation filter tests

- Witness Properties test: Use filter-based card selection instead of
  hardcoded .nth(2) index which fails in tabbed mode where card order differs
- Operation types filter test: Wait for dialog close and networkidle before
  checking results to fix flaky empty array on first attempt
