Improvements for estimate_virtual_op_num, history and history_reverse

*Skip estimate_virtual_op_num when max_virtual_num is smaller than batch_size
* reverse is removed from estimate_virtual_op_num
* it is assured in history and history_reverse that the estimated start is really before or after the given one.
