Restructure beekeeper as standalone project 

- Use plugins submodule (includes fc, appbase, and shared plugins)
- Add minimal hive/protocol/config.hpp for standalone builds
- Update CMakeLists.txt for standalone build without hive
- Add beekeeper source code and examples

This allows beekeeper to be built independently of the full hive repository.
