balance tracker installed in a custom schema

Marcin requested to merge mi_custom_schema into develop

add --schema parameter to install scripts, which add now context and tables in specific schema (default is 'btracker_app' )

It allows to run more than one, independent balance_tracker-s, when each instance have its own tables and HAF context data in its own schema
