Remove allow_failure from pattern and benchmark tests

These tests pass consistently - the allow_failure flags were added during
infrastructure issues in December 2025 but are no longer needed.

Removed allow_failure from:
- postgrest_pattern_tests
- new_style_postgrest_pattern_tests
- postgrest_block_api_benchmark_tests
- postgrest_account_history_benchmark_tests
- postgrest_rest_benchmark_tests
- hafah_pytest_rest_api_pattern_tests
