not working trying to use limited groups

custom options are not inherited
it is impossible to change name to oid during PG_INIT - postgres crashes on access to pg catalogue
it is impossible to use oid to check if current user belongs to group
with given oid - postgres crashes with message: port 5432 failed: SSL SYSCALL error: EOF detected
