Need a simple way to extract predicates from a document in the database

Desired features:

• Generate a list of "preliminary" predicates. This could be via a standard or a user-tuned prompt (e.g. user might want to specify a thesis and find supporting or opposing predicates in the document).
• Ability to edit the preliminary predicates
• Ability to select a subset of the preliminary predicates to add to the database. These should be optionally 1) linkable to the document and 2) linkable as arguments for a predicate such as a thesis.
