RecurrentTransferBuilder allows execution of generateRemoval

We should improve the interface to avoid problems with not intentional execution of generateRemoval in RecurrentTransferBuilder (due to missed amount parameter).

For the other side, this required parameter can make strange to use this op. builder in a case when generation of recurrent transfer removal is a case.
