Current configuration makes it so, the function and class names
are preserved for better UX when analyzing error stacks

Eliminated not needed (actually having no own logic) functions: `cpp_calculate_account_hp`, `cpp_calculate_witness_votes_hp` actually redirecting evaluation directly to `cpp_vests_to_hp` (what can be easy done at TS/Python side)
