Jsalyers test new get account history call

We are testing some changes to a new get_account_history_call. DO NOT DEPLOY THIS TO PRODUCTION. DO NOT MERGE THIS CODE TO MASTER. We're pushing to staging for some additional testing so it has to be merged to develop
