[JES] Fix balance not showing on Transfer dialog. Fix charts and buys/sells on the market page

Balance was showing up as NaN on transfer page. This was because it was still making references to sbd/steem and the eclipse version of hived and hivemind have changed those to hbd/hive.

Market page had similar issues for the same reason.
