Improve mobile UI/UX across application 

- Add responsive card layout to HTMTokenBalancesTable for mobile
- Fix touch targets (44px minimum) on navigation and interactive elements
- Make paddings responsive (p-4 on mobile, p-6/p-8 on desktop)
- Fix hover-based visibility for touch devices
- Fix dynamic Tailwind classes in ShareAccountCreationLink
- Make fixed widths responsive (w-full on mobile)
