Runner for functional tests with example

This branch provides runner for functional tests. This runner will:

  • Run hived instance
  • Run hivemind (1) instance in sync mode: it will start with initial sync and then will go to live sync,
  • Run hivemind (2) instance in server mode

Usage example is provided.
