#247 avoid copying oprations table during processing operations

Marcin requested to merge mi_get_block_performance into develop

It makes faster preparing blocks for processing by about 30% (measured for syncing blocks from 4.8M to 5M)

I hope it will recover the lost 4h30m from full sync after introducing the new HAF loop
