Merge develop-haf with current develop

The develop-haf branch contains changes related to the new way of synchronizing hivemind to feed from the HAF database

• #185

These changes are as follows:

• Change the way of synchronizing hivemind to feed from the HAF database
• Remove mocking from hivemind and use separate script to populate HAf db with mock data
• Setup CI for new HAf based sync mode
• Remove hive_blocks table from hivemind_app schema and use blocks table from hive schema
