Hive accounts info view optimizations

• Improved definition of hive_accounts_info_view to eliminate performance problems. Also defined additional index: hive_votes_voter_id_last_update_idx
• bridge_get_account_posts_by_replies has added +0 (change taken from deployed_20200928_pure).
