Apply new msgspec based schemas

This merge request introduces the use of a new schemas package based on Msgspec, replacing Pydantic. The changes included in this MR are:

  1. Updating packages and introducing new schemas with Msgspec.
  2. Modifying the serialization methods for legacy/HF26, as well as testnet and mainnet.
  3. Implementing minor adjustments necessitated by the differences in how Msgspec operates compared to Pydantic.
