Add new features to witness api, Rewrite PostgREST performance test for apis

  • Update submodules (new history api, perfomance test in other apps)
  • new parameter in witness api (feed_updated_at, cache_updated_at - to add context when the data was updated)
  • rewrite performance test for apis (old version tests didn't use most of apis)
