hafbe image should be complete

Right now hafbe image does not contain btracker part nor haf scripts, which are effectively used at full setup. It "works" only because of specific usage scenario in haf_api_node. Adding all scripts from dependencies does not make any significant image increase even not break usage scenario in haf_api_node which uses script parameters to skip not needed parts.
