bug fixes and improvments with update

Fix syntax an error during updating state providers.

Fix issues (regressions after introducing hafd schema) founded by hidden test (tests/integration/functional/hive_fork_manager/test_update_script.sh) which was not running on CI:

The update log was misleading and include information about differences which are not considered during the update procedure. Now only differences in state providers and hafd table columns are presented
