Use commit hash explicitly instead of branch name when including external file in gitlab job definition

We use commit hash (not branch name) in this repo .gitlab-ci.yml, hafah and hivemind. Only remaining is file scripts/ci-helpers/prepare_data_image_job.yml where branch name is used.
