Dockerization docs, Docker and script improvements

Related to hive!496 (merged) and hive!502 (merged)

  • HIVE_LINT setting is correctly adjusted
  • produced logs are ignored by docker build, to avoid not needed intermittent image rebuilds
  • built docker images allow to copy binaries outside (and store in artifacts). That allows to perform additional tests without need to build them once again.
  • preliminary version of documentation describing Dockerized HAF setup.
