Reversible data are accumulated

It seems that broken HAF application can lead to growing up reversible part of data in HAF database. As an example we can use balance tracker app, and stop its sync (leave attached). Application context will point i.e. 10000 as current_block. Irreversible block is progressing like also contents of both reversible and irreversible tables.
