Improve upgrade procedure regression test

Merge request: !320 (merged) contains a fix of bug breaking most usual scenario of HAF instance upgrade: switching a commit revision to the version really not containing any schema changes. So it should pass upgrade, but it failed due to previously introduced bugs.

Regression test covering upgrade shall be extended by given scenario.
