Fixes related to:

- passing arguments between build_and_setup_haf_instance.sh and setup_haf_instance.sh scripts
- permission problems specific to creating a log files by subscripts spaned in context of another user
- permission problems when default hived datadir was specified (now hived user home directory is used as base exec. path)
- logging hived spawn
