Caret moving in post editor does not work

Open post editor, put some text to it. When cursor is at the end, press Ctrl+Home to go to the top. Cursor disappears, but window is not scrolled up to the top. When I press arrow window is scrolled to the caret position. Same appears in opposite, when user want to go down.
