Previous strength of the vote is not remembered

List of posts, I chose to vote for 5 posts of them with certain % of my vote, expected behavior is that if I chose 10% then next upvote attempt will show a slider with 10% set.
Separate value should be remembered for comments, and separate for downvotes.

Rationale is that users with significant amount of HP, usually upvote with similar vote strength in a row, for example upvoting each meaningful comment with 5% vote.
