In a dark theme, the comment reply form is not working correctly

Problem reported by user:

In a dark theme, the comment reply form is displayed incorrectly (as in the screenshot), and you cannot enter anything. Clicking on "Disable side-by-side editor" takes you to the top of the page and does nothing. The overall readability of the dark theme is very poor, quotes and bold text are too dark and impossible to read.
