Error Editing Posts- Attempts to increase percent_steem_dollar

When a user edits a post that has percent_steem_dollar set to 0, it looks like condenser attempts to increase it and the edit doesn't go through. Link to hiveblocks for an example post: https://hiveblocks.com/cryptocurrency/@scottermonkey/decentralization-and-sex-robots.
