Operation "Autoclave" - sterilize condenser removing Steemit Inc. specific references from condenser

We would like to use generic frontend that used to be a main window to Steem - steemit.com It consist of two parts: condenser and wallet (split was made to keep away day to day activities from financial sensitivity operations and anything that requires anything more than just Posting Key) So wallet is a condenser without social features, and condenser is stripped from wallet features.

Also, rationale behind moving secure stuff to wallet was that condenser started to support advertisements. We want at least a simple switch to remove that feature completely
