Fix image usage docs: all Python images are in use

Verified actual usage:
- python: used by hive for api_client_generator (needs Python 3.12)
- python_runtime: used by clive as runtime base image
- python_development: used by clive as testnet base image

Removed misleading 'Potentially Redundant Images' section.
