Fix NFS fallback path for replay_data_hive cache

Special case for replay_data_hive_{commit} pattern to correctly
map to /nfs/ci-cache/hive/{commit}.tar instead of wrongly derived
/nfs/ci-cache/replay_data/hive_{commit}.tar
