External cli fixes

Mateusz Żebrak requested to merge mzebrak/external-cli-fixes into develop
  • beekeeper can now be spawned in background via clive beekeeper spawn and killed via the clive beekeeper close command
  • transfer is broadcasted by default without explicit --broadcast
  • beekeeper-remote option dynamically get the default value from settings.toml or looks for file created by already running beekeeper
