Update VESTS APR label to HP (VESTS) APR in chain info display

Summary

This MR updates the label for VESTS APR in the clive show chain command output to display as "HP (VESTS) APR" instead of "VESTS APR". This change improves clarity and consistency with the TUI display.

Changes

  • Updated the label in clive/__private/cli/commands/show/show_chain.py from "VESTS APR" to "HP (VESTS) APR"
