Add global bindings for going to transaction summary and dashboard

This merge request adds global binding for proceeding to transaction summary and dashboard screens which was only available only though header buttons.

New bindings are on function keys to be consistent with the rest of bindings. They should be changed to alphanumeric while doing: #339 (closed)
