Fix possible missing encryption wallet or regular wallet

This MR implements the feature of auto wallet recovery - encryption wallet or user wallet can be recovered during the Unlock. When encryption wallet is recovered, the user is not notified about it - he don't have to know about this additional wallet. When regular user wallet is recovered, it won't contain any keys and notification will be displayed (TUI and CLI).

Also some additional fixes, look into commits.
