TUI - No hover effect (darker background) when mouse is over CartStatus widget placed in the header

This new widget was introduced with: !523 (merged)

Overall, all clickable buttons/onelinebuttons have a darker background when the mouse is over them to indicate that they can be clicked. This new CartStatus widget does not have it.
