TUI - saving transaction to file - if no keys, checkbox Signed should be disabled

If I want to save a transaction and I have no keys, I can marked a checkbox Signed

If I did it, clive jumped to transaction summary and an error message occures

I think it would be better to make checkbox Signed disabled, of there is no keys.
