TUI - general bindings - go to configuration

Based on #261:
On Any page, these should be key bindings should be available:
...
C for config

To be consider:

1. It cannot be C - if it should be available everywhere, there is a problem with pages with editbox.
2. It cannot be Ctrl + C instead of C - it closes an application.
3. How the back/esc should work (problem with screen stack)
