TUI - hive power management - the HP to vest factor is not displayed

There was information about HP to VEST factor, but it was accidentally removed.

There are two versions of clive on the screen, the old one (from previous release - clive:v1.27.5.17) and the current one.

Before the bug fix, consider to move this yellow information below the table, then it would be visible on the all tabs.
