Lbudginas/#364 update search responses

  • Fix timestamp bug
  • Hide key-property search for block search
  • Update permalink table with links
  • Add filter by comment type for comment permalinks

NOTE: Current response doesn't include information about comment type of permalink, that is why I haven't added now column to permalink table
