just look at the block number on start page:
A user doesn't know that he can click on the block number, it looks like a label, and only changing the cursor icon shape indicates that the number is not a label but a link.
Let's imagine a user has learned that gold labels are links, he will be disappointed with many other gold labels which are not links like here:
The situation is much worse, because not only gold labels are links, but also small blue labels are links like here:
The presentation of links needs to be obvious for users, user must immediately distinguish between labels and elements which he can click on them. The presentation of links must be common for the whole application.
