block view: move to left button moves to not existed block 0

Start block view with block 1: http://hive-staging.pl.syncad.com:5000/block/1

Now push the left arrow button

The block num editor shows block num 0 but the rest of the page shows content of block num 1

Now push 'right arrow' You will move directly to block num 2 ( block num 1 was omitted):
