Improve Witness Schedule Headers/Page

Current witness schedule screen needs some improvements to the header section. Please refer to screenshot below:

• Witness Schedule (Capital S)
• Backup Witness Schedule (Capital, and without es for witness)
• Use same font size for headers (Rank, Witness, Block and Timestamp) across both boxes
• Align Timestamp correctly above the values (currently it looks stretched to the left)
• Add "Order" header above the last column in backup witness schedule
• Right align the Rank value in the "Witness Schedule" left table (currently 9 shows below 1 in 17, let us right align those values so that 9 shows below 7 instead)
