Add sorting in RC & HP Delegation boxes

In the user's profile, inside the RC and HP delegation boxes, i find it useful to add headers above the entries which would show titles of Recipient and Amount, and those titles be clickable/sortable and the user can sort ascending/descending by clicking on either Recipient or Amount.
