Add number of RC & HP delegations

In the user's profile display, in the RC and HP delegations boxes, append to the title of the RC (& HP) delegations boxes the number of delegations of this account, i.e. if a user delegates to 4 users, display the title as "RC Delegations (4)" or "HP Delegations (4)"
