add proxy info in user profile witness votes box

Currently if the user has proxy set for his witness votes, the witness box would not show in the user profile.

We would like to show it in this case, yet instead of showing a voted witness list, we would show the wording "@USERNAME uses PROXYACCOUNT as a voting proxy."

In this title where it normally shows witness votes count (for example Witness Votes (0/30)), we can show wording (proxy) instead next to the wording proxy, so it shows (Witness Votes (proxy))
